SodaBurn Side Effects and Safety
Last updated: October 4, 2026
SodaBurn delivers its ingredients in very small amounts, which lowers the chance of side effects compared with high-dose fat burners. Even so, the label carries clear restrictions and some people should check with a doctor first.
What the label says
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18, or by pregnant or nursing women. Individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Possible side effects

| Xylitol and stevia | Mild digestive upset in sensitive people | Xylitol is toxic to dogs; keep the bottle away from pets |
| Herbal extracts in general | Headache, nausea or allergic reaction | Stop if any reaction occurs |
Medication interactions to discuss with a doctor
- Diabetes medicines such as insulin or metformin: chromium, gymnema and ginseng may add to their blood-sugar-lowering effect.
- Levothyroxine: chromium can reduce its absorption; take them several hours apart.
- Blood pressure medicines and corticosteroids: the blend contains a licorice-derived compound and caffeine sources.
- Blood thinners: ginseng may affect clotting.
- Medicines affected by grapefruit: the blend lists grapefruit seed; ask your pharmacist if you have been told to avoid grapefruit.
Who should not use SodaBurn
- Anyone under 18
- Pregnant or nursing women
- People with heart, kidney or liver disease unless a doctor agrees
- People with uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Anyone allergic to an ingredient on the label
Tips for safer use
- Shake the bottle and measure one dropperful only.

- Keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity.
- Stop and seek advice if you notice palpitations, dizziness or an allergic reaction.
When to see a doctor
Sudden weight gain or loss, constant thirst, extreme fatigue or a racing heart are not things to manage with a supplement. They can signal thyroid, blood sugar or heart problems that need testing.
